Notes soy controversy and health issues (excellent: fermented soy like miso & tempeh; great: whole beans, tofu, milk; good: mock meat; the bad: highly processed soy foods/concentrated isoflavones - not common in vegetarian products I’ve encountered, more an issue for the junk food/non-veg/non-wholefoods industry).
