Leftover masoor tamatar dal on toasted gluten-free bread makes a superb breakfast.

I’ll post further updates on this very important issue as they come to hand.

  1. Speaking of Indian food, I was delighted to find that south Indian pancakes, dosa and uttapam, are vegan and gluten free. They taste almost eggy, so I was suspicious of the waiter when he told me no eggs. I looked it up online and he was right! I’ll try making some at home soon.
